If you are passionate about technology and higher education, want to gain work experience for a US-based company, and step out of your comfort zone, then this role is meant for you. As a sales development representative, you will be responsible for identifying ‘customer fit’, outreach, prospecting, lead qualification, and acquiring customers. You will undergo onboarding, receive internal training from the Company, and then educate, answer questions, and send relevant resources to potential customers. Outreach will include cold emailing, cold messaging, cold calling, etc. - whatever method helps you build your prospects list and acquire new customers. You will be required to attend internal weekly calls to discuss best practices, learn about new product features, identify potential weaknesses, and offer product improvement suggestions. While executing existing and planned sales campaigns, you’ll also be responsible to develop and ideate new strategies to identify and acquire customers.

You must be:
An Indian citizen, and
Currently studying at an accredited university or college in the US, OR
Planning to attend an accredited university or college in the US beginning Fall 2022, Spring 2023, or Fall 2023
Note: This role is open to current / incoming undergraduate and graduate students.
We are looking for someone who exhibits the following:
Strong desire to study in the US or is currently studying in the US
Strong communication skills
Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
Basic understanding of sales and marketing
Prior work experience in sales or any experience with startups is a plus
Strong academic record or standardised test scores is a plus
