Onboard is excited to present “Getting the Job - International Student Edition” - a series where we interview international students who have accepted full-time and internship positions at exciting companies in the US. Each episode will introduce a new international student and discuss their recruitment strategies, motivators, and processes that helped them get where they are today.
This episode features Krish Mehta, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He is originally from India and now working with the Engineering Finance team at Tesla in San Francisco. Having been through a rigorous recruitment process, Krish landed 45 first-round interviews with companies in the US, of which he faced 43 rejections.
