Onboard is excited to present “Getting the Job - International Student Edition” - a series where we interview international students who have accepted full-time and internship positions at exciting companies in the US. Each episode will introduce a new international student and discuss their recruitment strategies, motivators, and processes that helped them get where they are today.
This episode features Tuzo Mulunda, a sophomore at Harvard University. She is originally from Kenya Tuzo and will be joining Facebook University's Data Analytics Track as an intern this summer. It was demotivating when companies didn’t have the courtesy of telling her that she was rejected and never responded after she tailored each resume to their culture.
